Everybody wants to earn money. For this reason, many people are
enticed to find ways how to generate additional income. They try
different business, whether big, small, or at-home. They try
direct selling. However, the most common income-generating
venture is the multi-level marketing or the MLM.



Basically, MLM, also known as network marketing, is another kind
of business that combines contracting business and direct
marketing.



The problem with the advent of MLM is that they are greatly
associated with the so-called "pyramid scheme." This is because
many people are enticed to join pyramid scheme using the
recruitment process that is why it has been a popular venture in
the market for quite some time.



Consequently, because of its focus on downline promotion,
pyramid scheme has been associated with MLM or network marketing
because they use the same technique, which is creating a
downline.



However, the caveats of pyramid scheme were based on the fact
that people require each member to pay certain amount of money
as membership or registration fee.



On the other hand, MLM does not work that way. They do not
require their member to require their recruits to give money as
registration fees. Hence, it has greatly been noted that MLM is
more on the real sense of direct marketing, while pyramid scheme
is an illegal and fraudulent activity.



As time goes by, MLM continued to grow, with many people trying
to get their own residual income within the business. With
residual income, they get to earn commission with every person
they bring to the company. With this, more and more people are
enticed to join the business because of this recruitment process.



Hence, if you are an MLM marketer and you want to earn bigger
sales and income, here are three sure-fire methods on how to
build large MLM incomes.



1. Build a very good and reliable downline.



The problem with most people who are into MLM is that they focus
so much in creating a downline that they tend to recruit whoever
they see on the street and sign them up. In addition, because
there are no registration fees, most people can easily say yes,
register, and walk away.



Most MLM marketer who are blinded with residual income are
enticed to recruit as many people as they can thinking that this
will definitely make their wallet grow faster and their bank
accounts escalate to greater heights.



The thing is, MLM or network marketing is not a destination, not
even a competition. It is a process, and process involves a
step-by step generation of activities in order to arrive at the
objectives or goals.



For this reason, the true concept of getting really big income
in MLM is to start with a few people first. It is best if you
will try to concentrate first on a few people, teach them the
business, and focus on them. Check on them once in a while and
know how well they are doing.



Consequently, MLM wants to establish a long-term goal and not
just a short-time process. It is for this reason that MLM
experts recommend that you start with the basics. Start to
recruit those who you know will also work hard to help other
people develop the business.



What matters most in MLM is to get your first recruit work the
same way like you do. Make him or her realize the importance of
helping other people to know the business, because with other
people's help, you get to earn big.



2. Avoid selling, do more on sorting



In order to build large MLM income, it is better if you will not
focus more on selling but rather try to devote more time in
sorting things out.



Keep in mind that not everybody has the same energy as yours,
and not everybody is inclined into sales. Thus, it would be
better if you will eliminate those whom you think will not work
best for your team. Do not lament on the number of people that
you will lose. Just keep in mind that what you have left is
worth thousand of dollars.



Why?



Because every person left in your downline is proven to
effectively work their way to the top, in which, you, as the
recruiter benefits just the same.



What matters most in MLM is to get people who are willing to
devote their time and effort just to work their way towards
their goal. They are not just onlookers who want to try out a
new game. They are not just fashion seekers who want to go with
the flow.



What you need is a sales team that focus more on helping each
other grow. In the end, what they get as what you will get. That
is the power of residual income.



No wonder why sorting allows you to earn more money than selling.



3. Look for your distributors and clients



It is still basically on the downline issue. In MLM, you should
not focus more on just bringing new distributors just for the
sake of doing it. Like recruits, most people think that as long
as they bring in many distributors as they can, they will earn
more money.



This should not be the case because what MLM wants to establish
is a solid sales team, where distributors and members work their
way to their goals. In this way, what you will generate are
long-term partnerships.



Indeed, if you really want to make it big in MLM, you should put
more weight in your downline. However, this does not necessarily
mean you focus on numbers.



Keep in mind that success is not measured through numbers. It is
when you want to change your life and others as well, that you
will be successful.
